Request for Quotation (RFQ- 2014-03)

SEALED TENDERS, will be received at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office located at 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene, Ontario L9M 2G2 until 12:00 P.M. Noon local time on Friday, August 1, 2014. This time and date shall be the Closing Date of Tenders. Tenders submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.

The work to be performed by the successful tenderer will include all necessary work to resurface tennis courts at Memorial park (2 courts). Work will include: tree preservation, excavation, grading, supply and installation of granular, supply and installation of asphalt paving, supply and installation of nets, posts and footings, playing surface demarcation and landscape reinstatement.

The Tender will be reviewed as to the lowest price, qualifications, timeline, capabilities and experience of the bidder and the availability of funds by the Municipality to complete the work. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids. The Town of Penetanguishene relies on this advertisement to provide public notice of this business opportunity and is not obligated to notify any bidders of any other manner.
