The AccessE11 solution is comparable to expensive 311 solutions found in large cities however it is built to allow all staff the ability to add complaints issues or generate service request. The desktop version can work on any internet enabled device, the mobile app that allows staff to view cases/complaints/service requests, add pictures to the file, modify, add note and close them in the field. Works on and off line!
