Success Story:
A town in the GTA contracted us to do their customer service training incorporating the AODA. ETL developed the program and then completed the training with huge success and excellent feedback from participants and our principal contacts. We are often referred to others by them.
Many regions, towns, municipalities and cities use ETL services to re-write programs that need updates. ETL has had the honour of working with multiple regions/towns to update and deliver their customer service training for them. All with excellent feedback from participants.
