The Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to complete a sub-structure investigation of the wood cribbing, piles, beams etc. underneath the Penetanguishene Wharf. This investigation will include the Concrete Wharf and North Wharf as outlined and identified in the C.C. Tatham & Associates Ltd. Visual Structural Assessment report dated November 22, 2017.

In addition, proposals to complete the structural design to restore/reconstruct the wood substructure and all other structural components of the Wharf as outlined in Appendix 2 are requested as part of a complete Request for Proposal submission
