Disassemble current reception counter and reassemble in straight alignment with the corner of the existing cubicle. Reinstall upper screens for reception counter similar to existing. Construct 2×6 walls from edge of counter to wall of new meeting area plus new 10′ x 7’5″ meeting room, as per attached drawings, walls to go to ceiling with upper 1/2 as glass windows. Drywall, finish, trim, and paint new walls constructed. Supply and install door/frame with outswing into new meeting room from public area. Construct inclined counter 18″ x 8′ long at 36″ height. Walls and floors to be made good upon completion – flooring type under the old placement of reception counter to be discussed at site visit.
