The joint Building Inspection Services board of the Municipalities of Deseronto, Madoc Township, Marmora and Lake, Stirling-Rawdon, Tweed and Tyendinaga is seeking proposals for a cloud-based application software package that will track parcel data for the joint Board. We are also seeking request for proposal for cloud-based Planning applications for each municipality within the Board. Our municipalities are located in Hastings County and currently the Board reviews approximately 1,000 permits per year for building. Each municipality differs for Planning Applications.

The goal is to procure an integrated, out-of-the-box, Permits & Inspections, Planning Review that is reliable, affordable and flexible enough to provide the ability to expand capabilities in the future. Cloud-based software must allow users to link to GIS data and provide mapping capabilities within the application while enabling citizens to perform common business tasks via the Internet and provide staff capability to access applications and services in a connected or intermittently connected state from the field.
