The Tweed Municipal Office Building and the Hungerford Hall (in the Village of Tweed) both require replacement of concrete stairs at a fire emergency exit on these two buildings.

The tender will include replacing concrete stairs with railing to the north side of the Hungerford Hall and replacement of the door with a fire exit window. The tender also includes replacing concrete stairs at office entrance on the Tweed Municipal Building.
