Re-Issued Request for Tender – Administration Building Renovations

In order to improve security at the administration building for staff, we require construction of a new meeting room, doors installed to separate from the public where it is currently open, disassemble and reassemble the current front counter and move forward in a straight line and make good flooring and walls once completed. Ultimately there are 3 walls, 3 doors and 3 windows to be constructed in addition to moving the front counter. 1 of the doors requires panic hardware out as well as numeric key pad entry, another door requires numeric key pad entry and the last does not require any locking hardware.
