The Municipality of Tweed is requesting proposals for an electronic document management system, as approved in the 2021 budget.

The Municipality of Tweed is seeking digital capabilities of accessing an electronic document management system from anywhere (cloud based). The Municipality of Tweed is seeking a company who will analyze our current documents (paper and electronic) and organize them following a standardized filing system. The successful company will be required to scan paper documents into the electronic document management system for future use, including information from recent years and all permanent documents.

Proposals are due no later than 4:00 pm on the response date. Expectation to be awarded at the June 9, 2021 Council meeting.
