The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, regrading and paving of approximately 200m at the southern end of Allen’s Road, Sumcot Drive, Phillips Court, Cedar Court and two loops off of Sumcot Drive in the Municipality of Trent Lakes for a total length of approximately 2.6 km. The work zone is from approximately 1.7km south of Lakehurst Road to the end of the Sumcot Road, as well as other miscellaneous work required to complete the work to the grades and alignment indicated on the Contract drawings. The work shall also include paving adjacent to the mail boxes on Allen’s Road just north of Sumcot Road as indicated on the drawings. Fine grading shall be completed to establish crossfall and drainage in general conformance with OPSD 200.010 and OPSD 500.010. The work shall also include all necessary traffic control, signage and temporary installations to complete the work.

Pulverization and rough grading of the existing bituminous surface will be completed by others prior to commencement of the Contract work.

The work shall be completed to ensure access to private residences is maintained at all times with minimal disruption. No full road closure is permitted.
