Key Responsibilities
Monitor waterslide entrances and exits to ensure proper usage and adherence to safety rules
Provide clear and friendly instructions to patrons regarding slide usage and safety procedures
Enforce height and safety requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization in and around the waterslide
Perform routine safety inspections and collaborate with lifeguards to uphold safe environment
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of age
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain attentive and vigilant in fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving abilities and quick decision making skills
Comfortable with heights, warm/humid/noisy aquatic environment, and standing for extended periods; willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
