Key Responsibilities
Supervise public skating and stick and puck hockey sessions to ensure safety and enjoyment
Answer questions and provide information about arena programs
Track attendance and confirm stick and puck participants have paid fees
Promptly report unsafe conditions and near-miss incidents
Maintain adherence to legislative regulations, safety procedures, and workplace standards
Qualifications
Ability to connect with public including children in friendly and approachable manner
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
Solid skating skills with own skates and helmet
Valid Intermediate First Aid and CPR certification
Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check meeting City standards
