I am a passionate Lean Six Sigma coach and gained Lean knowledge while working for Honda Manufacturing. I successfully transitioned my Lean manufacturing knowledge into Healthcare, Service and Public Service sector. I have trained 5500 trainees, coached 160 project teams, from 50 different organizations, all different sectors.
I am a professional speaker and have spoken on Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, Leadership and Change Management topics at numerous conferences for professional bodies like PMI (Lakeshore), ASQ (Toronto, London & Kitchener), CITT, APICS (London and Toronto), and Canadian Institute. I believe people are limitless and can do wonders, if engaged in a positive manner. My mantra is to make individuals and teams self-reliant in a short period of time and transition them from “good to great”.
I also lead monthly (open) public training for various level of Lean belts (White, Yellow and Green) in collaboration with PMI Lakeshore Chapter and American Society of Quality.

Served all levels and sections of Municipal, Provincial and Federal Goverment. Lean can be applied in all levels, all services and processes.

Municipality 1 (GTA)
City wide Lean deployment- Trained 2000 staff on White Belt, 30 Green Belts and coached 30 Lean Leaders, 30 Lean process reviews that included following processes- Building Permit, Summer camp hiring, Accounts payable, Road construction, By-Law Enforcement, Library new material, Library material hold, Culture celebration square, Facilities Maintenance, Transit Bus maintenance and Fire Application. Through Lean City saved 4 Millions dollars through cost reductions, cost savings or freed up capacities.
Municipality 2 (GTA)
Information Technology team – Trained Chief Information Officer and his team on Hoshin Kanri (Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values, Objectives, Key Performance Measures, Huddle Boards, Huddle Meetings, Leader Standard Work), trained 45 IT staff on Lean White Belt, 15 Supervisors and Managers on Lean Yellow Belt and IT help-desk Lean process review.
Municipality 3 (GTA)
By-Law and Enforcement team -Trained 40 Officers on White Belt and 5 Managers on Green Belt. Coached team on By-Law Enforcement Lean process review, objective is to reduce the process time by 30%
Fire Attendance Reporting System- Trained 20 staff on White Belt and 4 Green Belts. Coaching team on the Attendance reporting process, objective is to free up 40% resource hours that goes into this process
