Success Story:

The Top Sixty Over Sixty (T60) has raised awareness about the critical need for age inclusion and diversity. The upcoming shift in demographics (more adults over 65 than under 18) will accelerate in the coming two decades and necessitates new ways to retain, recruit and rehire older workers to meet the skill and talent shortage. T60 has been in the news, on television and presenting at conferences. They are often consulted by media as thought leaders.

In 2018 , T60 conducted research on the efficacy of their flagship program, ReSet. The program was evaluated through a qualitative study in partnership with Ryerson University, the Ontario Centre for Workforce Innovation and the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (formerly Advanced Education and Skills Development). The research verifies that the program is effective at both reducing ageism, inspiring positive planning for the future and increasing the entrepreneurial mindset.

Helen Spence and Debra Yearwood, have “nailed it” with Top Sixty Over Sixty and the ReSet program. ReSet is a powerful but accurate term. My thinking was not only challenged and “reset”, I was given the insights and tools to move forward, define my goals, re-design my life, and embrace the future
