We provide succession planning/succession development services. We also provide Accredited Mentor Solutions. We have developed a curriculum to train people on how to become an effective mentor. It is accredited through an organization in the United States. We have developed the International Certification for Mentoring. Our curriculum and the designation are International Standards Organization compliant. We work with organizations to implement mentoring programs and mentoring cultures in order to create engaged, empowered and accountable employees.

Success Story:
We worked with an organization to develop a mentoring culture in what was a toxic work place. Employees were disengaged as they expended energy in a negative manner rather than in a positive manner. I worked with each employee one on one and then moved to group mentoring in order to enhance their communication skills with each other. After a period of time the employees began to demonstrate a more positive behavior and became more engaged in the work place. We provided training to each employee (Level 1 program) and that was a great asset. Each new employee that works in this organization goes through our Level 1 program. This organization supports and maintains a mentoring culture!
