The Tax Team (Trickey et al Tax Team Inc.) is a privately owned corporation now in its 5th year of business, founded by Linda Trickey in 2009. The Tax Team specializes in providing unsurpassed service to municipalities all across Ontario in the effective collection of property tax arrears.

The Tax Team was created in direct response to municipal needs and it was the feedback, suggestions and recommendations given to us by numerous municipal employees that were instrumental in our Company’s development. It has been these valuable insights that gave the Tax Team the extraordinary ability to make significant changes to the specialized services we offer and to the individual fees associated with Tax Registrations, Tax Sales and Payments Into and Out of Court.

Our highly trained Team will perform all the procedures required under the Municipal Act, 2001, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently, and all legislative deadlines are met.

There is no cost to your municipality for our services (With the exception of situations where your properties vest). The costs associated with tax registration and tax sale can be added onto a property’s tax account.
