Percy has 30 plus years of business experience as a telecommunications and project management professional within key ICT manufacturers, carrier providers, financial and public sector organizations. With a passion for project excellence, Percy specializes in the telecommunication and IT infrastructure environments with focus on management of enterprise telephony deployments.
Percy holds a degree in Business Administration – Accounting-Finance option from Ryerson University, holds the professional designation of Project Management Professional (PMP) and is currently certified in ITIL (Foundation).
