-Started with almost 700 jobs evaluated/paid on 4 different structures, ending up with 650 jobs described/leveled in 7 job families and mapped to one common, compliant, and market aligned system. Resulted in a common understanding of job levels across the organization via expertly facilitated working sessions, expertly written and highly customized job family documents, and an automated job mapping tool showing all jobs as mapped by job family and grade level.
