The Municipality of Tweed is seeking tender submissions for janitorial services for our Municipal Buildings including the Administration building at 255 Metcalf Street, Tweed, the main Public Works Garage at 869 Marlbank Road, Tweed and our secondary Public Works Garage at 34 Bridgewater Road, Actinolite. The Administration building and the main Public Works Garage have requested twice weekly and other than weekly janitorial services. The secondary Public Works Garage has requested once weekly janitorial services from November 1st to April 1st each year. The contract term is 3 years.

Tender responses will be opened at 3:05 pm on Thursday June 18, 2020. The results of the opening will be detailed in the CAO/Treasurer’s report included in the agenda that will be posted for public access on our website on Friday June 19, 2020. If the Province lifts the 5 person maximum for gatherings before June 18th, the opening will be a public opening in the Council Chambers.

Contract to be awarded following the June 23rd Regular Council Meeting and contract to commence August 1, 2020.
