Each year, Customer Service Professional’s Network (CSPN) hosts the Women-In-Leadership (WIL) Summit to celebrate the tenacious, impactful, and successful women working to advance their teams, organizations, and communities.   

This year’s WIL Summit theme is Leadership Without Limits, and will feature skill-building and networking workshops, keynote sessions, a live awards ceremony, and numerous roundtable discussions all focused on women in leadership. The virtual event will be held November 15-23, 2023, and attendees will have the opportunity to attend which sessions fit with their schedule and have access to all session recordings post-event.
