ADDENDUM 1 – QUESTION & ANSWER

This Addendum forms part of the RFP documents package, RFP-2025-Airport and is to be read, interpreted, and coordinated with all other parts accordingly.
Addendum 1 contains responses to the following inquiry:

1 We would like to inquire about the possibility of disclosing the project budget, if the actual budget is not permitted to be disclosed, a budge range would also be helpful.
Seguin Township and the Town of Parry Sound would like to clarify that no specific budget has been established for this project at this time. We encourage proponents to price your proposal based on the requirements and scope of work outlined in the RFP and align it with your cost strategies to deliver these requirements effectively

RFP CLOSE DATE: Friday, May 9, 2025 @ 3:00pm
A signed copy of Addendum 1 must be enclosed with your submitted RFP package. Bidders that do not include this signed Addendum within their sealed RFP submission may be disqualified.
