The Township of Armstrong, with the support of the Earlton Timiskaming Regional Airport (ETRA) Municipal Services Board, is seeking a consultant for the development of a strategic business plan to outline clear strategies, objectives, priorities and opportunities for the ETRA. It is envisioned that the plan will provide a strategic framework based on sound research and best practices in the aviation industry, and to identify objectives and actions that are tangible and achievable and within the financial capabilities of the ETRA to implement.
