Building Condition Assessments

FALL 2018

The Town of Penetanguishene is seeking proposal submissions from competent and qualified Proponents to conduct a complete Building Condition Assessment for sixteen (16) Town of Penetanguishene buildings.

Request for Proposal packages may be obtained at the Municipal Offices, 10 Robert Street West, Penetanguishene or the Bids & Tenders procurement website at www.bidsandtenders.ca (Town of Penetanguishene documents will be listed under the Muniserv listings).

THE LOWEST OR ANY TENDER WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE ACCEPTED.

Tenders on the prescribed Tender Form and sealed in an envelope clearly marked as such will be received by the:

by 11:00 a.m. on/or before Thursday, November 8, 2018

This time and date shall be the Closing Date of the Request for Proposals. Proposals submitted after the Closing Date will not be considered.

In accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, any personal information bidders provide is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act and will be used only for selection purposes.
