Zoning: Residential One (R1).
Take Notice that sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of the land described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on July 5, 2018, at the Arnprior Municipal Office, 105 Elgin St. West, Arnprior Ontario, K7S 0A8.
The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day as soon as possible after 3:00 p.m. at the Arnprior Municipal Office, 105 Elgin St. West, Arnprior.
Description of Lands: Part 2 on Plan 49R-18983, being part of Lot 4, Concession B, Town of Arnprior.
Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and the deposit will be by negotiable cheque payable to the Town of Arnprior to be held in trust without interest pending completion or other termination of this Agreement and to be credited toward the purchaser on completion. The amount of the deposit will be 5 per cent of the amount of the offer.
The municipality makes no representation regarding the title to environmental contamination or any other matters relating to the land to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchasers.
