Lambton Shores is a lower tier municipality located on the shores of Lake Huron with the primary economic drivers of tourism and agriculture. Lambton Shores is seeking consulting services to provide an update to our expiring DC By-law, W/WW rates and Financial Plan as well as providing recommendations to address Council’s Action plan for Growth (#1&#2) a strategy to promote urban infill lots. This is a large request; however, the outcomes are interdependent and we would like the studies completed simultaneously.
