RFP for Human Resources Service Review

The successful Respondent will be required:
a) To be knowledgeable of legislation applicable to municipal operations, including the Ontario Municipal Act, Employment Standards Act, and other Acts, By-laws, and Regulations;
b) To review and develop updated policies and procedures (overtime/vacation, hiring/onboarding, performance reviews, grievances, sick days, employment contracts etc.)
c) Prepare an Organizational review
d) Prepare a market check
