RFP No. 18-2019: Consulting Services Related to Services Delivery and Processes Review

The Township of South Stormont is soliciting consultant services in order to undertake a service delivery and processes review to provide information to Township Council to make informed decisions related to the provision of current and future services with the underlying objectives of clarity related to Department roles and mandates, developing associated service levels for each Department and the development of performance targets that will support optimizing operational and administrative efficiencies and effectiveness.
