The Municipality of Trent Lakes has a mid-sized fleet & pieces of equipment asset base valued at approximately $5M and is looking for a comprehensive full life cycle review and audit. The fleet is currently managed and administered by each department independently with maintenance work being carried out utilizing in-house staff for some departments and different outsourced vendors for others. There is one municipal garage facility located at the Buckhorn roads depot.
