The Town of Bancroft is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to identify qualified consulting firms or individuals (the “Consultant) for the preparation of an Organizational and Compensation Review.

The Municipality seeks a Consultant that has experience in such work including pay equity, compensation levels, including a non-union pay grid, compensation agreements (policies), and job descriptions.

The Town of Bancroft also requires the review to contain an Implementation Plan for a new Town of Bancroft organization structure, outlining a prioritization of immediate, short-term, medium-term and long-term Implementation actions.

Deadline for submission of proposals September 14, 2018 by 2pm
Opening of Proposals September 14, 2018 at 2pm
Awarding of Proposal September 25, 2018
Phase 1 Report Delivery October 26, 2018
Phase 2 Report Delivery November 23, 2018
