The Centennial Park Outdoor Pool Restoration Tender, file RFT No. REC 2020-01 with a closing date of Monday, August 17, 2020 is amended to delete Part B – 1 – General Conditions (k) (b): b) Professional Errors and Omissions Insurance on an occurrence basis for an amount not less than five million ($5,000,000) dollars, such that the Professional Errors and Omissions Insurance is no longer required.
