The Town of Aylmer is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to conduct a Municipal Modernization Program – Service Delivery Review for municipal operations.

The review will be an objective evaluation of the current municipal services identified within the scope of work and provide recommendations in terms of improving efficiency, effectiveness and accountability for the delivery of services. The submission should focus on providing an inventory of services both within the municipal boundary as well as the surrounding area.
